You'll design, implement, and maintain network and systems infrastructure for a global network of startup campuses. Your core impact: ensuring reliable Wi-Fi across hundreds of access points and managing physical access control systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and configure network infrastructure with hundreds of access points.
• Set up and manage scalable door access controls for global campuses.
• Deploy and maintain core systems including cloud services and internal tools on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Perform capacity planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as a systems/network engineer.
• Working knowledge of Extreme Networks, Ruckus, or similar network equipment.
• Experience with IT Service Management principles.
• Advanced/native Japanese and business-level English.

• Experience with physical access controls.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• ITIL certification.
