You'll work directly with strategic startup customers to deploy AI systems safely and effectively, turning insights into product improvements. You'll debug complex workflows, iterate on prompts and agents, and shape OpenAI's research direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with strategic startup customers to understand critical workflows and uncover failure modes.
• Prototype and iterate on prompts, agents, and workflow designs to unlock customer value.
• Synthesize feedback to Product and Research teams, turning usage patterns into reproducible evals and benchmarks.
• Build repeatable tools, patterns, and evaluation approaches to raise quality across use cases.

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems.
• Experience as a technical founder or engineer at an early-stage startup.
• Familiarity with model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
• Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a startup CTO or equivalent.
• Experience with model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
• Fluency in French.
