π― What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow multiple engineering teams including senior engineers and leads.
- Define and execute technical and product roadmaps with Product and Design leadership.
- Drive delivery of scalable SaaS and platform capabilities across communication channels.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture discussions and key decisions.
π Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 20+ engineers.
- Strong background in product engineering building SaaS in high-growth environments.
- Ability to lead full-stack technical discussions and influence frontend and backend architecture decisions.
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI/GenAI in product development or engineering workflows.

- Experience with voice, SMS, or AI/agent-based products.
