• Align tech adoption with sales leadership collaboration routines
• Manage wholesaler tech adoption maturity progress
• Enable core sales systems: M365 Dynamics, Copilot, PowerBI
• Facilitate UAT for new sales tech enhancements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years in sales technology training
• 3+ years utilizing CRMs (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Self-starter with ownership drive

✨ Nice to Have

• 3-5 years in Financial Services industry
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
• Functional fluency with AI tools
