Description

Join Carvana, one of the fastest-growing used automotive retailers, as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. You will perform advanced glue-pulling, hail repair, crease and body line repair, and larger dent repairs on steel and aluminum panels in a high-tech inspection center. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license, at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield, goggles, gloves, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Conduct hail repair
• Repair creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime as needed
