You'll join the Member Provider Escalations team at Oscar Health, a tech-driven insurance company. You'll resolve complex issues for providers and members, acting as a subject matter expert. This role offers remote work and a chance to improve healthcare experiences.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, secure messages, and email communications
- Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboard
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and roadblocks
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year in customer support, healthcare, tech or related field
- 6+ months of member and customer service experience
- 1+ year of escalations experience in a customer service environment
โจ Nice to Have
- 1+ years of claims experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
