You'll join the Member Provider Escalations team at Oscar Health, a tech-driven insurance company. You'll resolve complex issues for providers and members, acting as a subject matter expert. This role offers remote work and a chance to improve healthcare experiences.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls, secure messages, and email communications
  • Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboard
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within SLAs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and roadblocks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer support, healthcare, tech or related field
  • 6+ months of member and customer service experience
  • 1+ year of escalations experience in a customer service environment

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of claims experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree
