Description

Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of pediatric home health services in the Charlotte area. You will lead a team of nurses, manage care plans, perform home visits, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and patient assignments
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Conduct supervisory home visits and monitor clinical documentation
• Participate in staff evaluations and provide clinical guidance
