You'll investigate and resolve complex data-driven issues for StrataJazz healthcare customers, acting as a trusted technical partner. Your core impact is diagnosing root causes and delivering validated solutions to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer-reported issues using SQL
  • Own issues end-to-end from intake through resolution and follow-up
  • Identify related or downstream issues beyond the initial problem
  • Document interactions, findings, and resolutions in case management systems

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with enterprise software in technical support or similar role
  • Strong SQL skills including complex query writing
  • Ability to understand and work within relational data models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare financial or decision support applications (StrataJazz, Axiom, EPSi)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management tools
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
