💼 About This Role

You'll own the integrity, structure, and intelligence layer of our CRM and data stack at Toast, ensuring every rep, manager, and executive works from a single source of truth. Your work will power forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue decision-making across the company. This role offers the chance to architect the data foundation for a high-growth SaaS platform serving restaurants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the CRM and data stack
• Establish and enforce data governance standards for core CRM objects
• Define and maintain a canonical data model and data dictionary
• Design, build, and maintain automated deduplication, normalization, and enrichment plays

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM AI Engineering
• Deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on data modeling and configuration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar data enrichment tools
• Familiarity with Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft revenue intelligence platforms
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT tooling like Fivetran, dbt, or Airflow
