🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute clinician chart audits and manage audit workflows
• Investigate clinical incidents and draft corrective actions
• Track quality metrics and synthesize performance data
• Coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives and QBR materials

📋 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (NP, MD, DO, PA)
• 3-5+ years in clinical quality or patient safety in digital health
• Experience with clinician audit workflows and reporting
• Proficiency in Airtable, Looker, or similar systems

• Active clinical license
• Experience with AI-driven audit tools
