💼 About This Role

You'll own the front-end architecture for Mandolin's platform that powers clinical treatment access. You'll define patterns, processes, and guardrails for a team shipping features at scale. This role directly shapes how thousands of clinicians reliably use Mandolin in production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and document front-end architecture (Next.js + TypeScript).
• Institute best-practice processes for design system and linting.
• Mentor 2–3 junior front-end engineers through pair programming.
• Design for scale with multi-tenant Next.js app.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional web development with deep TypeScript expertise.
• Led architecture for at least one enterprise-level multi-tenant Next.js app in production.
• Hands-on performance profiling (React DevTools, Web Vitals).
• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling startup environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior work in healthcare, fintech, or regulated domains.
• Experience running accessibility audits and automated UI testing.
• Familiarity with Storybook and design-system management.
