Your core impact will be building autonomous agents that enable SDRs, AEs, and marketers to personalize at scale and focus on closing deals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build multi-step AI agents using LLM frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• Integrate agents with CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment APIs
• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual work by 50%+
• Define and track agent performance metrics and build ROI dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ year building LLM-based applications or AI agents
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs in production
• Strong understanding of GTM processes like SDR and AE workflows
