You'll lead B2B and SaaS research for Zocdoc's Provider Team, diving deep into the mindsets of healthcare practice leaders. Your insights will proactively shape product strategy and drive business objectives. This role offers the chance to build a company-wide research culture as the first Principal-level researcher.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope and execute complex multi-phase B2B research studies
• Package insights into memorable frameworks for diverse audiences
• Evolve research systems to reduce reactive research
• Lead SaaS research integration with Sales and Marketing

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in UX research with strong portfolio
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
• Expert and varied methodological toolset
• Experience leading foundational cross-team research
