💼 About This Role

You'll lead the national Wavumbuzi Entrepreneurship Challenge that develops entrepreneurial mindsets in secondary school students. You'll drive end-to-end program execution, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem growth in Rwanda. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence to expand program impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute the Wavumbuzi Challenge and related interventions end-to-end.
• Manage budget, timelines, and resources to meet program targets.
• Lead and develop the Rwanda Wavumbuzi Officer and coordinate Ambassadors.
• Build partnerships with schools, government, and ecosystem stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of program management experience with full project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage financial budgets and people resources.
• Solid understanding of secondary school education environment in Rwanda.
