You'll drive adoption of the Speakeasy AI Control Plane, owning the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close. You'll work with mid-market and enterprise buyers navigating the shift to AI-native workflows. As an early sales hire, you'll directly build the playbook for a new market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
  • Conduct discovery, lead demos, negotiate contracts
  • Partner with GTM, product, and marketing on positioning
  • Surface customer patterns to sharpen product and strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent, or infrastructure products
  • Proven ability to independently build C-suite and SVP relationships
  • Experience managing a pipeline of 15-30 active opportunities with forecasting discipline

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML or developer tooling markets
  • Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups
  • History of exceeding quota in new category sales
