๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive adoption of the Speakeasy AI Control Plane, owning the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close. You'll work with mid-market and enterprise buyers navigating the shift to AI-native workflows. As an early sales hire, you'll directly build the playbook for a new market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
- Conduct discovery, lead demos, negotiate contracts
- Partner with GTM, product, and marketing on positioning
- Surface customer patterns to sharpen product and strategy
๐ Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling technical, developer-adjacent, or infrastructure products
- Proven ability to independently build C-suite and SVP relationships
- Experience managing a pipeline of 15-30 active opportunities with forecasting discipline
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI/ML or developer tooling markets
- Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups
- History of exceeding quota in new category sales
