Description

Lead a team of software engineers to design and build the monetization platform for Payoneer's global payments system. You will own complex features end to end, influence architecture and standards, and mentor team members in a hands-on senior role.

Requirements

• B.S. in computer science or equivalent
• 8+ years of backend development in Node.js and practical C# experience
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• 4+ years of managerial experience
• Experience with AWS, Containers and Kubernetes (preferably EKS), Message Brokers (preferably Kafka), Microservices

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams
• Lead an autonomous team of software engineers working with product management for business goals
• Focus on developing the team and providing technical authority through hands-on leadership
• Be responsible for overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment
• Drive technical changes and contribute to engineering best practices
