You'll act as a bridge between business and technology, analyzing processes and defining scalable solutions for reconciliation frameworks. You'll lead global system rollouts and process improvements across trading, crypto, and card issuing. This role offers the chance to shape financial operations in a rapidly expanding Fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and validate business requirements across multiple stakeholders and regions.
• Map current-state processes and define target operating models for system uplift.
• Partner with tech teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Fintech, CFD, stocks, or crypto operations.
• Proven experience in business process design and system implementation within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, reconciliation processes, and data integrity controls.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in global or multi-entity system rollouts.
• Familiarity with card issuing platforms and settlement processes.
• Understanding of crypto operations, blockchain data reconciliation, and related systems.
