Description

You'll lead multiple engineering teams (20-30 people) as a manager of managers, responsible for technical and delivery outcomes. You'll grow new squads, support engineering managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Experienced manager with strong technical and delivery background
• Previous software engineering experience
• Experience directly managing 2-3 Engineering Managers and leading orgs of ~20 engineers
• Ability to partner with senior engineers on technical initiatives
• Strong stakeholder relationship building

Responsibilities
