Description

You will be responsible for onboarding newly-signed customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform. You'll work with sales and customer success teams to create tailored onboarding plans, train clients, and set up their accounts for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years digital experience with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert on Smartly platform capabilities and solutions
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to deliver tailored onboarding solutions for Tier 1-3 customers
  • Own technical execution of onboarding plans to ensure successful customer setup
  • Train clients on platform features including reporting views and feeds automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify cases and ensure sales promises are delivered
