Description

You will process and verify invoices, manage payment processing, reconcile vendor accounts, ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls, and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, IFRS, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and posting
• Prepare and process vendor payments (checks, ACH, wire) on time
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly AP aging reports and support month-end closing
• Ensure AP activities comply with IFRS and internal controls
