💼 About This Role

You'll join Bee Talents as a People Ops Generalist, working on project-based HR operations for global tech clients like Allegro and Visa. Your core impact will be managing end-to-end HR processes during dynamic growth phases. This role offers exposure to diverse organizations within a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Support payroll processes with external provider.
• Update HR documentation including contracts and probation periods.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Very good understanding of HR end-to-end processes.
• Very good English language skills (global environment).
• Experience with HRIS systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in tech or international environment.
• Familiarity with Polish payroll basics.
