💼 About This Role

You'll support the strategy and operations of affiliate marketing programs for HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef, and Everyplate. You'll manage and optimize partner relationships to drive high-quality traffic and profitable revenue growth. This role offers exposure to multiple brands and a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate partners
• Analyze partner performance using dashboards and data tools
• Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners
• Respond to affiliate inquiries and troubleshoot issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms like impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Tableau
• Knowledge of key marketing metrics like CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, CPM
