You will support students from onboarding through graduation, focusing on retention, certification completion, and academic persistence. Building trust and holding students accountable while working cross-functionally in a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

• Ability to motivate and hold individuals accountable to goals
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience in student services or academic support preferred
• Flexibility to work varying hours between 8am-8pm
• Metrics-driven, detail-oriented approach
