💼 About This Role

You'll define and evolve tem's motion language for a rapidly scaling energy tech company. You'll own end-to-end motion design for campaigns, social, web, and product, turning complex energy concepts into emotionally resonant stories. You'll work with an AI-first workflow to accelerate production while maintaining high craft standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve tem's motion design system and principles
• Deliver motion work end-to-end from concept to final delivery
• Transform complex energy and product ideas into clear motion narratives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teams

📋 Requirements

• Strong motion design portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft
• Senior IC3-level ability to independently deliver varied projects end-to-end
• Experience translating brand strategy into motion principles and systems
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation and production

✨ Nice to Have

• High proficiency in After Effects and supporting tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
• Comfort with editing, rhythm, and basic sound/VO handling
• Experience translating motion into web contexts (Lottie/Rive or dev collaboration)
