Description

You will partner with North America Buying, International Planning, and Global Merchandising to drive international business growth by analyzing historical data and trends, forecasting sales, and managing assortments for carryover and seasonal style-colors across international markets.

Requirements

• BA or BS preferred
• 7+ years of experience in buying/planning/merchandising
• Experience with European and Asian markets a plus
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales and units for carryover and seasonal style-colors for international markets
• Ensure buys align with financial targets and KPIs
• Present seasonal buys to buying director leadership
• Analyze in-season and post-season sales to inform future strategies and assortments
• Mentor junior team members
