Description

You will work within the Growth Analytics team to enable marketing campaigns across Paid, Search, and CRM channels. You will build performance reporting, data feeds, and analyze user behavior to support campaign operations and drive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Process audience-building requests using SQL and Python
• Write SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns
• Analyze marketing data to identify performance drivers and provide actionable insights
• Deep-dive into data issues with stakeholders
• Maintain documentation of work and code
