💼 About This Role

You'll lead Growth engineering for a telehealth company, splitting time between management and coding. Your north star metric is Flow Start to Checkout CVR, and you'll run A/B experiments that directly move revenue. This role offers real ownership of the acquisition engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead A/B experiments on signup flows, checkout, and pricing using Amplitude
• Ship full-stack features across the acquisition funnel in Rails and React
• Coach and develop engineering team through 1:1s, code reviews, and pair programming
• Own experiment design including sample sizing, metric selection, and CVR vs retention trade-offs

📋 Requirements

• Led a team of 4-8 engineers with direct reports
• Shipped and measured growth experiments in a subscription product
• Writes production Ruby on Rails and React code
• Can design experiments, pick metrics, and explain trade-offs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, wellness, or regulated subscription commerce
• Familiarity with Stripe billing, Klarna, or similar payment platform integrations
• Experience building or managing Amplitude experimentation infrastructure
