You'll be the single-threaded owner of BJAK's Taiwan business with full P&L responsibility, driving market entry, regulatory setup, and scaling operations. Your core impact is building a profitable, durable operation from the ground up. This role offers full ownership of a high-growth market in Southeast Asia's largest insurance platform.

• Develop and execute market entry strategy and business plan

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in insurance, fintech, or high-growth tech
• Proven experience managing commercial performance
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
• Understanding of Taiwan insurance market
