๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across EMEA, acting as the trusted advisor for Deel's all-in-one payroll and HR platform. You'll drive long-term revenue growth by converting strong relationships into expansion opportunities, while identifying and mitigating customer churn risks.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of low to mid-sized accounts with strategic growth potential.
- Identify and flag customer churn risks, engaging internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
- Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience including client-facing as a CSM or Account Manager.
- Previous experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact and achieving goals.

- SQL skills or data querying experience.
- Experience in the HR tech or SaaS industry.
