💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the accounting subject-matter expert for training and enablement at a fast-growing construction SaaS company. You'll deliver live and virtual training sessions, develop documentation, and help customers map their accounting workflows into ERP integrations like Sage and Trimble.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver live and virtual training sessions on accounting workflows and ERP integrations.
• Develop training materials, process guides, and best-practice resources.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate accounting workflows.
• Support onboarding teams with GL mapping, cost code structures, and job costing alignment.

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Job Costing, WIP, Accruals, and Revenue workflows.
• Experience with construction ERPs such as Sage 300 CRE, Vista, Trimble, Foundations, or similar.
• Accounting degree, minor, designation, or equivalent experience required.
• Background in construction or electrical contracting accounting strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with job cost reporting and committed cost tracking.
• Knowledge of procurement and material billing workflows.
