You'll lead and grow a Customer Success team in the Philippines, driving customer satisfaction and platform growth. You'll act as a player-coach, managing a team of 5-8 CSMs while handling a small book of business. This role offers the chance to shape global processes and work with world-class brands.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor a team of 5-8 CSMs in the Philippines
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to build new strategies and processes
- Carry a small book of business and manage key customer relationships
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success management experience
- 5+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven results in building and executing within a customer success organization
- Strong project management and people management skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in Professional Services or Consulting
- Experience with SaaS, PPM, or CWM tools like Monday, Wrike, etc.
- Experience with enterprise solutions like JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce
