You'll lead a team in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for clients, focusing on partnerships, S corporations, and individuals. You'll manage tax planning and compliance while developing staff and building client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform technical tax review and approval of tax returns
• Assume full responsibility for larger tax returns and delegate to preparers
• Manage tax research projects to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Participate actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in public accounting
• 5+ years performing tax research and providing technical advice
• At least 2 years representing clients before taxing authorities
• CPA membership in good standing with AICPA

• Prior leadership experience directing tax preparers
• Strong mentoring skills and desire to participate in mentoring program
• Proficiency in tax preparation, research, and planning software
