You'll translate operational pain points into scalable automations and build evaluation frameworks to ensure safety and reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with SMEs to identify gaps and brainstorm solutions.
• Map and document workflows to find automation opportunities.
• Design AI-augmented workflows using LLMs and rules engines.
• Define success metrics and evaluation plans for automations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operations, data science, or product/engineering roles
• 2+ years working with workflow automation or rules engines
• Technical fluency with scripting (Python) and APIs
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools like Claude

• Experience in Trust & Safety or compliance workflows
• Experience evaluating AI agent quality with eval suites or reviewer workflows
