💼 About This Role

You'll own Copia's analytics infrastructure, eliminating manual work across GTM operations by building data pipelines and automating CRM integrations. Your work will directly influence sales actions and strategic decisions. You'll also design internal AI applications to enhance business processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and CRM integrations
• Design and own BI infrastructure from ingestion to dashboards
• Advise leadership with rigorous data-driven analysis
• Design and ship AI-powered internal tools and applications

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience solving operational problems with data
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Track record of influencing key decisions with data
• Comfort presenting to and pushing back on executive stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks, dbt, Hex, HubSpot
• Experience building internal tools using AI
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
