💼 About This Role

You'll own the Independent Channel advisor segment end-to-end, from recruiting to revenue performance, at a high-growth, technology-enabled brokerage backed by $35M from top-tier investors. You'll manage a team of Brokerage Managers and build a scalable acquisition funnel to accelerate national growth. This role offers the chance to shape strategy in a fast-moving environment with deep industry impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own recruiting, onboarding, activation, and growth for the Independent Channel.
  • Build and execute playbooks, sales scripts, targets, and processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Brokerage Managers.
  • Develop a pipeline of advisors through outreach and industry events.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in life insurance brokerage or distribution.
  • Deep, active network across independent agents or agencies.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams of producers or agents.
  • Strong operator with pipeline orientation and technology comfort.

  • Experience with AMS/CRM, case design systems, or digital underwriting.
  • Builder mentality with ability to create clarity and process.
  • Credibility across advisors, carriers, and internal leadership.
