Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

Description

You will own the comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) across life sciences and medical practice markets, create segment-specific sales collateral, and ensure sales teams have up-to-date resources to win. You will bridge product marketing strategy and sales execution, translating complex positioning into compelling materials that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing or sales enablement role
  • Ability to create sales collateral and enablement materials
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales)
  • Proficiency with content management and version control tools

Responsibilities

  • Own Sales Enablement Content Strategy & Execution: set BoM strategy, create and maintain library of sales presentations, one-pagers, and segment-specific assets
  • Enable Competitive Wins: partner with Principal PMM to create battle cards, objection handling guides, and competitive playbooks
  • Support Product Launches & New Market Entry: translate launch strategy into comprehensive enablement kits including training materials and sales-ready collateral
  • Manage Content Operations & Accessibility: establish version control processes and manage content repository for easy access
  • Travel to industry conferences, sales trainings, and company events
