🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and continuously develop team members
• Ensure hospital delivers mind-blowing experiences for patients, customers, and staff
• Ensure compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness of the hospital
• Drive financial performance to achieve high revenue and margins

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+
• Financial management experience including full P&L oversight
• Operations management experience including inventory and facility management
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
