You'll work directly with customers and stakeholders to ship end-to-end solutions that have immediate impact on fleets using FleetPulse's trailer telematics platform. You'll own initiatives from refinement to deployment across full stack web development with Kotlin/Java, React, and React Native.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand problems and translate into solutions
• Own initiatives end-to-end from refinement to deployment
• Design and build APIs with observability and monitoring
• Lead code and design reviews, mentor engineers on best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with backend languages like Kotlin, Java, or Python
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with relational databases and schema design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large distributed systems and observability
• Intuition for when to call it 'good enough' vs polish
• Passion for API design and building platforms
