  • Own territory performance and pipeline management across key segments
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Engage consultants, EPCs, and end users to influence specifications
  • Develop strategic accounts through executive-level relationship building
  • Deliver customer education via presentations and seminars

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with digital monitoring, controls automation, or communications systems
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence decision-makers

  • Experience in energy management systems, BAS, OT cybersecurity, or microgrids
