You'll drive adoption of advanced digital power management and automation solutions across the Pacific Northwest. You'll own territory performance, lead proposal development, and build strategic accounts. This role blends engineering and enterprise sales with remote flexibility and exposure to cutting-edge digital energy technologies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own territory performance and pipeline management across key segments
- Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Engage consultants, EPCs, and end users to influence specifications
- Develop strategic accounts through executive-level relationship building
- Deliver customer education via presentations and seminars
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with digital monitoring, controls automation, or communications systems
- Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence decision-makers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in energy management systems, BAS, OT cybersecurity, or microgrids
- Engineering or MBA background
