💼 About This Role

You'll own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—and drive People initiatives in a high-growth tech company. You'll partner with Payroll, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Finance to streamline processes and ensure compliance. You'll work remotely but must be located in the Vancouver area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer onboarding, leave management, and offboarding processes.
• Manage and triage incoming employee requests to resolution.
• Maintain legally compliant and audit-ready employee records.
• Partner with teams to reduce system and process bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership.
• Autonomous handling of high-volume administrative tasks.
• Analytical mindset with moderate Excel capabilities.
• Cross-functional project leadership and vendor coordination.

• Administration of B2B contracts and global PEO/EOR employment.
