You'll drive the technical strategy and shape experiences that connect millions through live events. You'll lead development of highly-performant, scalable user interfaces for web and mobile products. Your influence will extend beyond coding, shaping frontend architecture and mentoring senior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional frontend initiatives with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Own and evolve architecture of web and mobile applications for performance and maintainability.
• Define and uphold organizational standards for frontend quality and developer experience.
• Own end-to-end release process for React Native applications including App Store submissions.

📋 Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience leading complex frontend projects at scale.
• 3-4 years of deep expertise in React Native and Expo.
• Proven track record shaping frontend architecture for consumer-facing products.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and building org-wide frameworks.

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Background in consumer, social, or marketplace products.
