You will provide technical support to customers using Ubuntu and open source products, handling cases from problem qualification to resolution. You'll collaborate with a global team, contribute knowledge base articles, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent
• Confidence to speak up and share ideas
• Experience with Linux troubleshooting
• Knowledge or basic hands-on experience in 2 or more of: Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, virtualization/cloud computing

Responsibilities

• Own and manage support cases via telephone, email, and web
• Act as internal customer advocate, providing timely updates
• Contribute and maintain knowledge base articles
• Draft and distribute technical notices
• Participate in regular weekend working rotation
