🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product discovery and ship new features
• Design and build full-stack user-facing products end-to-end
• Perform code reviews and provide ad-hoc team assistance
• Identify and implement process and system improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with React or similar component-based framework
• Experience using AI coding assistants in daily workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python (Flask/FastAPI)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics
