Description

You will provide implementation services including project management, technical installation training, and customer hardware support for Netradyne's Driveri mobile system. You'll support Mid-Market and Enterprise customer projects and work closely with Installation Service Partners.

Requirements

• Proficient and expert knowledge of 12/24v vehicle systems
• Knowledge of vehicle mounted cameras, monitors, sensors
• Detailed knowledge of wiring and installation procedures
• Knowledge of transportation industry and in-cab product services
• Vehicle telematics (including RP12226, J1939 OBDII)

Responsibilities

• Train and assist customers with proper installation practices
• Provide project and implementation management for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
• Provide train-the-trainer services and installation services as required
• Oversee 3rd party installation service providers during assigned projects
• Contribute to technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
