💼 About This Role

You'll join the Unity Studio Productions team to help top game studios optimize their projects and solve challenging technical problems. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver co-development services. This role offers variety across diverse projects and direct impact on world-renowned games.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with external teams to develop games and tools.
• Assist in planning, scoping, and estimating customer projects.
• Build relationships with internal Unity teams and provide feedback.
• Optimize rendering performance on diverse target hardware platforms.

📋 Requirements

• C# or C++ in large multithreaded codebase.
• Modern graphics APIs: Metal, Vulkan, DirectX12.
• GPU profiling tools: NSight, PIX, RenderDoc, Xcode.
• Experience optimizing rendering on Mobile, PC, Console.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DOTS, ECS, and C# Job System.
• Version control (Git/Perforce) in production.
• Delivering training or technical talks.
