💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement LangGraph workflows for an AI-powered sales & marketing platform serving millions of businesses. You'll build reusable agent components and ensure production reliability. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge LLM applications at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement LangGraph workflows for structured requirement capture and routing.
• Build reusable workflow components with retries, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop.
• Partner with Business Analysts to clarify goals and translate requirements into tickets.
• Build and maintain agent-callable services for Snowflake retrieval and operational actions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of software engineering experience (backend/services preferred).
• LangGraph experience with demonstrated real workflow implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript including API/service design.
• Experience building production services in a compiled runtime-stable language like Go.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Botpress or similar agent builders.
• Exposure to streaming systems (WebSockets/HTTP2) and backpressure logic.
• Familiarity with audio fundamentals (FFmpeg).
