You'll manage student billing, payments, and collections as part of the Campus Scholars team. You'll ensure accurate financial records and support students through payment plans. This role offers the chance to shape financial processes at an innovative edtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process ledger card charges and student billing
• Manage past due account follow-up and collections
• Package payment plans and set up automatic reminders
• Work with Financial Aid to update student packaging

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of student accounts experience in a college or university setting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or education
• Experience with Microsoft and Google applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information

• Certification in financial aid administration
• Experience with prorations and non-title IV funding
