• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and JAD sessions.
• Support end-to-end solution design ensuring traceability of requirements.
• Maintain product backlogs, defining priorities and delivery timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar in agile IT environments.
• Strong academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with APIs and integration standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth2).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and MS Office.
