🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered management training solutions
• Produce high-quality software with clean architecture
• Serve as a culture role model for the engineering team
• Collaborate with founding team on product development

📋 Requirements

• TypeScript proficiency
• Experience with NextJS / PostgreSQL / serverless hosting
• Experience working with and optimizing LLMs
• Overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 4 working hours
