💼 About This Role

You'll embed inside client businesses to uncover operational friction and design workflows. You'll partner with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how organizations run. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you own outcomes from discovery through post-deployment adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with clients to run discovery and map current-state processes
• Build business cases quantifying ROI and prioritize automation roadmap
• Design future-state workflows with detailed process diagrams and decision logic
• Partner with AI Engineers to translate requirements into specs and validate outputs
• Lead change management including stakeholder alignment and adoption tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, deployment strategy, or client-facing role
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Strong analytical foundation with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, and basic SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience at top firm or deployment-strategy role
• Experience leading process re-engineering or workflow automation engagements
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or major SaaS systems
